1. General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Loot Box BD, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Loot Box BD.

2. Providing Correct Information

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct in-game Player ID (UID), server region, and any other required details when placing an order for game top-ups (e.g., Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, COD).

• If a customer provides the wrong Player ID and the top-up is successfully processed to that wrong ID, no refund or replacement will be issued.
• Please double-check all your gaming details before proceeding to the checkout page.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time due to currency fluctuations or supplier price changes. However, the price shown at the time of checkout is final.

We accept local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Your order will only be processed once the full payment is successfully received and verified by our system.

4. Delivery Policy

Loot Box BD prides itself on fast service. Most of our top-up orders are processed automatically within 1 to 5 minutes.

• During major game updates, server maintenance, or high traffic periods, delivery may be delayed up to a few hours.
• If your order is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your Order ID and payment proof.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Because we deal with digital goods and instant in-game currency, completed orders cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded.

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock after you have made the payment.
• There is an ongoing server issue and we are unable to process your top-up within 24 hours.
• In such cases, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad) or Loot Box BD wallet.

6. Account Security & Bans

Loot Box BD strictly uses legal and official channels for all game top-ups. We do not use hacks, glitches, or unauthorized payment methods. Therefore, we are not responsible for any game account suspensions or bans that occur due to the user's violation of the game publisher's own terms of service (such as using third-party mods, hacks, or toxic behavior).

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, package, or product on our website without prior notice.
